Carey College

Part one of two phases, Carey Theological College is a student housing project currently in the pre-construction stage. We are proud to work with a non-profit to build affordable student housing, which will also be used for short term rentals during summer break.
This seven-storey project will feature 75 housing units, a student amenity and study lounge with a large outdoor patio, and a partial green roof. The concrete building will be designed with fibre cement panel cladding, providing durability and a welcoming aesthetic.
Comma King George

Located in the Health and Tech district south of Surrey City Central, Comma King George is our third Surrey project. It is currently under construction and includes a new heritage designation—the North Surrey Medical Building (1969).
This 38-storey purpose-built project will be a rental tower and a four-story commercial building, with four levels of underground parkade. A three-storey atrium will connect the new commercial spaces along King George Boulevard, while a large vibrant courtyard will be shared by residents, commercial users and office workers. Our team is proudly maintaining the heritage building through the excavation and demolition stages of the project.

With a focus on multifunctional zones and outdoor connectivity, this market rental building in Burnaby’s Simon Fraser University Campus will feature two six-storey wood frame towers offering 168 units, including three co-living units.
The project is located above a one-level shared parkade and is sloped towards a wooded riparian zone to the south. Our team is utilizing considerable upgrades and monitoring of the ESC system to complete this build.
810 Kingsway

A rental tower with a unique building geometry, 810 Kingsway is currently on schedule and on budget, at the start of the wood framing phase. This modern and innovative project features a two-storey underground parkade, one-storey concrete commercial podium and a five-storey wood frame above. The building envelope is made up of triple glazed windows, masonry and metal panels, creating a contemporary and inviting design.

This five-storey purpose-built rental project has recently completed several construction milestones. Located in a bustling neighbourhood of East Vancouver, this dynamic tower utilizes innovative materials, and will feature wood framing on the concrete parkade, a full green roof and cement board/metal panel exterior cladding.
Our team has started on Level 1 wall panels, with ongoing installations in the parkade and suspended slab pouring taking place. With the site nestled in a narrow street, extensive sequencing is being used to maximize space and ensure smooth completion of the project.
Comma Fraser

Comma Fraser is a state-of-the-art purpose-built rental located in East Vancouver’s Fraserhood neighbourhood. Recently completed, it features advanced security hardware, a two-storey underground parkade and a sleek, five-storey wood frame above, creating cohesion and stability.
The site was located in a peat bog, which required our team to build a secant cutoff wall as part of our shoring system, and to counter the large amounts of ground settlement around our site due to soil conditions.
The property features triple glazed windows, masonry, and Hardie Panels throughout, offering strength and durability. Overall, the structure blends seamlessly with the surrounding area while still being visually bold and inviting.
Linea

Nestled in the heart of Surrey’s city centre, Linea takes inspiration from the city’s own vision statement: The Future Lives Here. The project features a three-storey underground parkade with a 28-storey concrete tower above.
Access to the parkade was tied into the already occupied parkade of the adjacent tower, requiring additional coordination to limit the impact on neighbours. The building envelope is made of double-glazed window wall and metal panels, built in a unique alternating ‘wave’ slab. The resulting build is a striking piece of contemporary architecture, completed under budget and on time.
